Job Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and increase sales. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.

· Manage and oversee daily content creation (posts, stories, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

· Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to build brand awareness and drive interaction.

· Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams for integrated campaigns.

· Respond to customer queries, comments, and feedback across platforms.

· Build and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.

· Monitor competitors’ social media activities and suggest improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

· Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing (preferred).

· Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
