Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketer with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating compelling content, running targeted ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and using industry-standard tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and schedule engaging posts across all social media platforms
• Design and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with the online community
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams for content ideas and campaign alignment
• Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and content optimization
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and design skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with influencer outreach and user-generated content strategies
• Familiarity with SEO and basic website content management (e.g., WordPress)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
