Social Media Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, based in Bahawalpur. Responsibilities include creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. The role involves overseeing content strategy, managing social media accounts, performing social media optimization (SMO), analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing goals. Collaboration with creative teams and communication with stakeholders will also be integral to success in this role.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage and grow digital communities
• Understanding of Digital Marketing principles, including analytics and metrics for campaign performance
• Experience with influencer marketing and social media platform tools is a plus
• Ability to create targeted, data-driven content for various audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
