Horizon Tech is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage and scale multiple brands across paid and organic channels, with a strong focus on the US market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content strategy, audience growth, and campaign execution across major social platforms while driving measurable business results in both B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube for multiple brands.
- Create and optimize engaging, high-performing content aligned with each brand's voice and US audience preferences.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Manage both paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Handle multiple brands simultaneously with strong ownership and prioritization.
- Develop innovative strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
- Stay updated with the latest US market trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands across paid and organic channels.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, growth strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, content creation platforms, and automation tools.
- Experience working with US market and understanding of audience behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C campaigns with proven results.
Preferred:
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, video content trends, and content amplification strategies.
