Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven SMM Specialist to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. This role is key to ensuring a consistent brand voice, boosting engagement, and driving impactful campaigns across social media platforms. You will develop content strategies, manage community interactions, and support lead generation initiatives through engaging and data-driven social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Manage posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality, engaging content.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.

Campaigns & Growth

• Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Increase followers, engagement, and reach across platforms.
• Coordinate with the outsourced SMM Project Manager and Copywriter to ensure campaign quality.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report on social media performance.
• Provide insights on engagement trends, content effectiveness, and audience growth.
• Recommend strategies to improve ROI and impact.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithms.
• Suggest creative and innovative content ideas to keep the brand ahead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
