About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic female Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, industry knowledge, and customer-centric strategies to enhance our brand presence in the jewellery segment. She will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, driving customer engagement, and creating impactful content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored for the jewellery industry.
• Plan and manage campaigns to showcase collections, promotions, and brand stories.
• Create engaging content, oversee daily postings, and interact with customers to build loyalty.
• Track social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for better results.
• Manage influencer collaborations and customer-focused digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 4+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management, ideally in the jewellery sector.
• Strong expertise in campaign management and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
• Strong customer orientation and passion for luxury/lifestyle branding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
