Social Media Marketing Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our brand’s online presence with energy, creativity, and strategic insight. In this role, you will develop innovative content, manage multiple social channels, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. We are looking for overall help in all aspects of Marketing/Branding as well and looking for this to be a position that grows with the company. This position would have very flexible hours.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.
• Manage daily social media activities to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.

Skills

• Helpful if at least partially proficient in graphic design software.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to enhance content discoverability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; proofreading skills are essential.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saginaw County, MI
