We are seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist based in our North Ridgeville location to help share our story, highlight our team, and showcase the life-changing dentistry we provide to our patients every day.

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who can capture these moments and help show the world what modern dentistry can do — not just cosmetically, but emotionally and personally.

This role isn’t about posting generic content.

It’s about documenting real transformations, celebrating our team, and sharing the stories of patients whose lives have truly changed.

You’ll help tell the story of emotional dentistry — the kind that restores more than teeth.

It restores people.

What You’ll Do

The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content that reflects the heart of our practice and connects with our community.

Responsibilities include

• Capture photos and videos of real moments inside the practice including patient transformations, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes content
• Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with practice initiatives and events
• Showcase before-and-after dental transformations and patient success stories
• Highlight team members, culture, and community involvement
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally
• Track analytics and provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement
• Assist with marketing campaigns to support new patient growth
• Collaborate with leadership on brand messaging and marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is both creative and organized.

Ideal candidates will have

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong photography and video skills using either a camera or smartphone
• Ability to edit content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment
• Marketing, communications, or social media experience preferred

Bonus if you have

• Experience with dental, healthcare, or aesthetic marketing
• Graphic design skills
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
