Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Assistant to help create engaging short-form content for our restaurant and cafe. This role is perfect for someone who loves TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content, and knows how to capture attention in the first few seconds.

You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and posting short-form videos that showcase our drinks, food, and in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Film content in the café using a camera or smartphone
• Edit videos with captions, trending sounds, and effects
• Post content trhoughout the week and engage with comments/messages
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Suggest creative ideas for viral or engaging content
• Capture real customer moments, drinks being made, and café atmosphere

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos
• Experience using smartphones, cameras, lighting, and tripods
• Basic knowledge of video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Creative mindset and ability to think of viral content ideas
• Available to work weekends

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Photography skills
• Graphic design
• Experience running social media pages
• Knowledge of food or café content trends

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
