Social Media Marketing Specialist experience (4-6 years)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at ArhamSoft Pvt. Ltd., Lahore, PK. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, creating engaging and high-quality content, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and cross-functional teams on digital campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media algorithms, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, queries, and messages.
• Support in brand building, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (4-6 years) in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media content creation (text, visuals, videos).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
• Strong photography and videography skills for digital content production.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
