Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Jazak Builders is a Canada-based construction company specializing in commercial projects — including retail spaces, offices, restaurants, and daycares.
As we expand internationally, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our online presence and connect with more clients across the globe.

Your Role

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and create engaging digital content that showcases our expertise and attracts new commercial clients.
You’ll collaborate with our sales and media teams to develop fresh ideas, impactful visuals, and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Generate qualified leads and maximize online conversions
• Create high-quality reels, live videos, and promotional content
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns; track and analyze performance
• Engage with followers, respond to client inquiries, and build online relationships
• Showcase ongoing and completed projects through creative storytelling
• Collaborate with design, sales, and management teams for campaign alignment
• Monitor social trends, analytics, and competitor activity for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and consultants
• Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with our Canadian team
• Confidently speak on camera to present company services and completed projects
• Introduce creative marketing ideas to expand visibility and attract commercial clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing (construction/real estate preferred)
• Skilled in content creation, video editing, and paid advertising
• Strong understanding of branding, engagement, and lead generation
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
