About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our clients online presence on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who want flexible, remote work while delivering measurable results in engagement, reach, and conversions. The position will be compensated on a project-fee basis monthly ranging from PKR 2,500-10,000/m depending upon experience and time put in.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others as required).
• Run paid ad campaigns with clear performance targets.
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams for creative assets (graphics, videos, ad copy).
• Attend client online meetings and handle their queries on WhatsApp groups
• Sharing weekly reports and every other day updates with clients

Requirements

• Min 1+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Experience in content creation and campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide creative input.
• Familiarity with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus.

Compensation

• Fixed monthly project fee, based on agreed scope of work. Starting from PKR 2,500/m up to 10,000/m
• Opportunity for long-term extension based on performance.

Work Schedule

• Remote, flexible hours.
• Approx. 10–15 hours/week depending on workload.
• Monday- Saturday on flexible timing mode
