Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social media platforms, while also supporting email marketing initiatives.

This role requires someone who understands audience targeting, ad performance analysis, and campaign optimization, particularly within the renewable energy and technology sectors.

You will work closely with our design team to create engaging social media content and ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media platforms
• Analyze and identify target audiences to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for ROI, leads, and engagement
• Work closely with the design team to develop creatives for social media campaigns
• Manage and schedule social media content
• Support and manage email marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and ad platform changes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising platforms
• Experience in target audience research and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with renewable energy or technology industries (preferred)
• Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret Ad performance metrics
• Ability to collaborate with designers and marketing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Understanding of lead generation campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
