Social Media Person Required

Regiment Staffing Inc is a dynamic and rapidly growing company, dedicated to providing exceptional. We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Back linker and Social Media Handler to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a solid understanding of SEO strategies, and a flair for creating engaging social media content.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Handler:

• Manage and create content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging social media presence.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create visually appealing and on-brand posts.
• Track, measure, and analyze the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.
• Utilize social media tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
• Build relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates to help amplify content.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience in creating and curating engaging social media content.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of content marketing and online branding is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok etc.).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer for social media management.
• Knowledge of HTML or web development is a plus.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
