Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Platform Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s presence across all digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing publishing schedules, monitoring performance analytics, and maintaining consistent brand communication across platforms.
This role requires a professional who understands education marketing, student engagement, and digital storytelling. The Social Media Platform Manager will work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to promote educational opportunities, student success stories, university partnerships, and study abroad guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the organization’s presence across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Monitor daily activity across platforms including comments, messages, and engagement.
Content Creation & Post Generation
- Develop creative and engaging social media posts, captions, and visual content tailored for educational audiences.
- Create and publish content related to:
- Study abroad guidance
- University applications & admissions
- Scholarships and funding opportunities
- Student success stories
- Educational tips and career advice
- University partnerships and announcements
Post Scheduling & Publishing
- Plan and schedule posts using professional social media management tools.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.
- Publish posts at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
Video Content Management
- Upload and manage video content across platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn videos, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure videos meet branding and messaging standards.
- Optimize video titles, captions, hashtags, and descriptions for maximum reach.
Campaign Planning
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for student recruitment, university promotions, and educational events.
- Support marketing initiatives for webinars, open houses, education fairs, and scholarship announcements.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics including engagement rate, impressions, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Adjust content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior.
Community Engagement
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Engage with students, parents, and prospective applicants online.
- Maintain a positive and informative online community.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation.
- Ensure all social media communication aligns with organizational policies and educational standards.
Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Identify trending topics and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
- Basic understanding of video uploading, formatting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media insights and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the education sector, student recruitment, or study abroad consultancy.
- Knowledge of international education trends and student mobility.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
