Social Media Sales Executive

Milano Exclusive Flooring, a premium brand in the flooring industry, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage and convert inquiries received through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels
• Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and promotional offers
• Actively follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain organized records of daily inquiries, sales, and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in Urdu & English
• Prior experience in online sales or customer service will be preferred
• Knowledge of flooring or interior-related products will be an added advantage
• Target-driven, proactive, and professional mindset
