Social Media Sales Representative - Car Rental

We are looking for a talented and a self-starter person with commercial acumen to extend our customer base both private and commercial in the vehicle rental industry preferably within the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote our car rental services through social media platforms, engaging with followers to boost inquiries and bookings.
• Maintaining existing clients accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
• Build strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to messages and comments.
• Generate leads and close sales by effectively communicating offers, packages, and promotions.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and corporate functions as and when appropriate.
• Providing Management Information to business stakeholders as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the vehicle rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
• Exercises insight and action based on the needs of the customer or client both internal and external.
• Possesses the initiative, drive and confidence to understand and subsequently deliver optimum value to the business without excessive supervision or guidance.
• A valid UAE driving license.

• Car Rental Sales: 2 years (Required)
