Responsibilities:

• Engage with online communities (Discord, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in identifying leads and converting them into sales (under supervision)
• Support client campaigns alongside the in-house team
• Follow training, scripts, and guidance to develop strong sales skills
• Meet sales targets with positive and eager attitude
• Maintain records of customer/client interactions and sales outcomes

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; no prior sales experience required
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Discord, Instagram, Facebook…)
• Good communication skills in English; confidence in speaking to people
• Must be willing to work night shift, on-site
• Target-oriented mindset; ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Reliability, punctuality, team player, willingness to learn
