Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will manage the company’s social media presence, driving brand engagement, audience growth, and content strategy. The role includes planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns across platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and alignment with the company’s marketing objectives and Vivandi Group vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to plan and organize posts, campaigns, and promotions effectively.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms ensuring consistency and quality.
Brand Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to foster engagement.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
Campaign Planning & Analytics
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
- Track and report social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for paid social campaigns and assist in implementation.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and meets campaign objectives.
- Support cross-functional teams with social media requirements for events, promotions, and campaigns.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Conduct research on audience preferences and competitor activities to optimize engagement strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) preferred.
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing brand engagement and executing social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns, analytics tools, and content planning.
