We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for social media management and scheduling.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to engage with the audience.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding across all communications.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and graphic design.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management techniques.
• Experience in content creation across various formats (text, images, video) is required.
