Social Media Specialist

Are you creative, hands-on with content, and skilled in digital strategy?
Sitters Child Care Service LLC is looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to grow and manage our online presence — from photography to post!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, plan, and execute a monthly social media content calendar
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of staff, events, and services using a camera or phone
• Design branded content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Write engaging captions aligned with our tone and mission
• Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and grow follower base
• Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports
• Apply SEO techniques to improve post visibility and search rankings
• Stay updated with trends and adapt content to stay relevant
• Collaborate with HR and operations for hiring campaigns and internal updates

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of social media or digital content experience
• Strong photography & videography skills (using DSLR or mobile camera)
• Experience in content creation, editing, and visual storytelling
• Solid knowledge of SEO for social media and content optimization
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in childcare, education, or service-based industries is a plus!
