What You Will Do:


We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist who can create content, engage communities, and help grow our brand across multiple platforms. You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team, shaping campaigns that resonate with our audience and support our business goals.


  • Content Creation & Scheduling : Plan, produce, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Community Engagement : Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to build meaningful connections with audiences.
  • Visual Storytelling : Capture and edit basic photo and video content, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.
  • Graphic Design : Create simple visuals and layouts using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of social media trends, features, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor analytics, generate reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimisation.
  • Campaign Support : Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to deliver engaging, brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Strategy Contribution : Support the development and execution of the overall social media strategy.
  • Multi-Account Management : Manage daily activity across multiple social media accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with production, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience : 2+ years managing brand social media accounts, ideally in Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Technical Skills : Basic experience in content creation, including video, photo, and editing.
  • Design Knowledge : Confident in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Communication : Excellent English writing and speaking skills (C1+), adaptable to different tones and audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with platform algorithms, updates, and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical Ability : Comfortable reviewing performance data and turning insights into action.
  • Organisation : Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration : A proactive, team-oriented mindset with willingness to work cross-functionally.
  • Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with evolving digital trends.
  • Bonus : Experience in real estate, professional services, or premium/luxury brands.
