Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist who can build and tell our brand story across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, creative role that involves conceptualising, shooting, editing (CapCut is mandatory) and publishing content. You’ll manage our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Pinterest, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand story, tone, and visual style across all platforms.
• Plan content calendars and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Pinterest.
• Shoot high-quality videos and photos at workshops, events, and behind the scenes.
• Edit short-form and long-form content using CapCut (mandatory) or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy aligned with a luxury brand positioning.
• Post content and monitor performance/engagement; suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Coordinate with the founder and team to capture content at events and workshops.
• Stay on top of trends in social media and implement relevant ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or links required).
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (CapCut required; Adobe Premiere/Canva/other apps a plus).
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and attend on-site shoots/events in Dubai.
• Creative eye for luxury aesthetics and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Photography or design background.
• Experience in paid social or basic analytics.
• Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
