Social Media Specialist

About Us:
Kissprom is a fashion brand specializing in bridal and formal gowns. We are dedicated to bringing elegance, style, and quality to customers worldwide. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team and help expand our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
• Develop and execute content calendars, including short videos, photos, and copywriting
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions
• Plan and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote new arrivals and seasonal promotions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in social media management (fashion/e-commerce industry a plus)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and social media algorithms
• Proficient in content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize content performance
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce, or bridal-related brands
• Basic photography or video production skills

Compensation & Benefits:
