We are now seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a trend-savvy storyteller with a proven ability to grow engagement, manage AED 30,000+ monthly ad budgets on social media, and deliver measurable ROI. You will be responsible for crafting strategies, producing content, and optimizing campaigns to strengthen our brand across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily posting
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for engaging content production
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns with monthly ad spends exceeding AED 30,000
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable recommendations
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Proven experience managing AED 30,000+ monthly social media ad budgets
• Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Excellent copywriting skills in both English & Arabic
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
