Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and analytics, with a strong grasp of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Oversee day-to-day social media activities, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely publishing.
• Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Plan and execute creative campaigns that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Strong creative skills in content development, video editing, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
