Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong experience and hands-on knowledge in managing and advertising on major platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and engagement
• Grow and manage follower base, improve brand visibility and awareness
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Collaborate with team members for content ideas and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Ability to create engaging content tailored to each platform
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Immediate availability is a plus
