    Content Creation & Scheduling
   
   : Plan, produce, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.

    Community Engagement
   
   : Monitor comments, messages, and interactions to build meaningful connections with audiences.

    Visual Storytelling
   
   : Capture and edit basic photo and video content, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.

    Graphic Design
   
   : Create simple visuals and layouts using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.

    Trend Awareness
   
   : Stay ahead of social media trends, features, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

    Performance Tracking
   
   : Monitor analytics, generate reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimisation.

    Campaign Support
   
   : Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to deliver engaging, brand-aligned campaigns.

    Strategy Contribution
   
   : Support the development and execution of the overall social media strategy.

    Multi-Account Management
   
   : Manage daily activity across multiple social media accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Collaboration
   
   : Work closely with production, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  
   Who We Are Looking For:

    Experience
   
   : 2+ years managing brand social media accounts, ideally in Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    Technical Skills
   
   : Basic experience in content creation, including video, photo, and editing.

    Design Knowledge
   
   : Confident in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
