We are looking for a social media specialist to develop and implement social media strategies, creates engaging content (text, images, video), manages online communities by responding to comments and messages, analyzes performance metrics to generate reports, and runs paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
They are responsible for maintaining brand consistency across platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok, and must stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform changes. Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create and maintain content calendars.
- Content creation: Produce a variety of creative content, including writing copy, designing graphics, and editing videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Community management: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising to boost reach and engagement.
- Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports on campaign performance, and use data to optimize future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure brand consistency across all communications. Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Trend monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing and a history of using social media to build brand awareness.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and skills in content creation, copywriting, and editing. Knowledge of SEO is also beneficial.
