Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist for Real Estate company based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include planning, scheduling, and analyzing social media campaigns, monitoring social media trends, fostering online audience engagement, and collaborating with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and knowledge of using various social media platforms effectively
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and crafting engaging, creative, and high-quality digital content
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to promote brand growth and audience engagement
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and online audiences
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to measure the success of marketing efforts
• Knowledge of trends in social media and digital marketing tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
