Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can manage social media end-to-end and is comfortable appearing on screen. The ideal candidate should handle content writing, scripting, content calendar management, and production coordination, bringing energy and creativity to our social channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, youtube)
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and strategic scheduling
• Write captions, scripts, and storyboards for videos, reels, and live sessions
• Coordinate content production, including shoots, video creation, and approvals
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to deliver polished content
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency
• Stay updated with platform trends, new formats, and content ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven 3- 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
• Strong copywriting and scripting skills for social media content
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering content confidently
• Experience in creating and managing content calendars
• Experience coordinating content production from concept to publishing
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to shoot quality content via mobile

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
