SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The candidate will manage and grow the company’s social media presence, create engaging content, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce creative campaigns
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for performance
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Must be currently located in Bahrain
• Immediate joiners preferred
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts and campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Strong copywriting, communication, and creative skills
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or B2B social media management
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing analytics
• Certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing
