Social Media Specialist

Job Summary
Looking for an individual to manage a business social media account.

Duties

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and managing relationships with the online community.
  • Analyze social media performance using SEO best practices and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant in the digital space.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
  • Experience in video editing.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
