Social Media Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to lead and scale paid media efforts across three brands. This role is focused on performance marketing, creative testing, keyword strategy, reporting, and managing content production, not just posting or organic social.

You will be responsible for driving results through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest while coordinating with freelancers and content creators to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing creatives. You will also be responsible for tracking performance, developing keyword-driven content strategies, and ensuring accurate reporting across all channels.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Execute campaigns across three brands simultaneously
Test new creatives weekly and scale top-performing ads
Manage retargeting campaigns and funnel structure
Develop and implement keyword strategies for social platforms, including TikTok search, Pinterest SEO, and Meta targeting
Identify trending keywords, hashtags, and search behaviors to inform content and ad creative
Coordinate with freelancers, editors, and platform specialists
Manage UGC creators, inbound collaboration requests, and product seeding
Ensure consistent creative output across all brands
Track and report performance by brand including spend, revenue, CPA, and ROAS
Maintain accurate conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup across platforms
Build and present weekly performance reports with insights and next steps

Requirements

Proven experience running paid social campaigns, Meta required, TikTok preferred
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts at once
Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing
Experience with keyword strategy for social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Meta)
Experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools
Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts

Pay: $25.00 per hour
