About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our on-site team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in generating quality leads, driving engagement, and managing high-impact campaigns across various social media platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the full digital buyer’s journey, especially in a B2B environment, and knows how to use content and platforms strategically to attract and convert prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B-focused social media strategies to support business growth and lead generation goals.
  • Create and manage engaging, professional content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram tailored to business audiences.
  • Run targeted lead generation campaigns using organic and paid social media tools.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns for B2B outreach, retargeting, and nurturing leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to create compelling campaigns that drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
  • Track key KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Stay updated with social media and B2B marketing best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage and grow the company’s professional online presence and brand authority.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, especially for B2B brands.
  • Proven experience in lead generation via social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing paid and organic campaigns.
  • Ability to create compelling content (in collaboration with copy/design teams) tailored to B2B buyers.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet lead generation targets and campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in SaaS or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic or video editing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing automation.
  • Prior work on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
