Social Media Specialist cum Photographer & Videographer

We are seeking someone who is able to:

• Manage social media accounts professionally
• Shoot and produce high-quality photos and videos for real estate projects and properties
• Create creative content and engaging Reels
• Edit and montage videos professionally
• Execute digital marketing plans targeting real estate clients
• Follow trends and build a strong brand presence

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in social media and photography
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to travel
• Holds a valid driving license
• Has a valid transferable residency visa

We offer a motivating income structure including:

• Fixed monthly salary
• Payment or bonus based on the number of qualified leads
• 3% – 7% commission from the company’s net commission on any deal generated through social media
• Monthly performance bonus upon achieving clear agreed-upon targets
