CURV Body Lounge is a serene, lymphatic‑focused wellness spa where ritual meets results. We specialize in lymphatic drainage and sculpting for face and body—delivering de‑bloating, circulation support, and a calmer nervous system in a soft, feminine space.

We’re expanding our holistic practice in 2025. Your storytelling will help introduce new modalities with clarity, consent, and brand alignment.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes short‑form video, understands the wellness/holistic space, and can translate our in‑studio experiences into scroll‑stopping, brand‑aligned content. You’ll plan, capture, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and our Google Business Profile—building community, driving bookings, and protecting the integrity of our brand voice.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the content calendar: plan weekly themes, shoots, and publish schedules aligned to launches, promos, and seasonal moments.
  • Capture and create: film in‑studio (treatments, textures, tools, sanctuary moments), photograph details, and edit into IG Reels/TikToks/carousels.
  • Write like CURV: craft captions, hooks, and CTAs that reflect our refined, nurturing voice; proof for clarity and compliance.
  • Post on Google Business Profile weekly to support local SEO (offers, new services, elegant before/afters with consent).
  • Community care: reply to DMs/comments, support saved replies, escalate booking questions to front desk; nurture creators and UGC.
  • Collaborations: coordinate with influencers/creators (gifting, content guidelines, track deliverables) and manage usage rights.
  • Analytics & iteration: review performance, trendwatch wellness/beauty formats, and propose monthly experiments.
  • Shoot days: pre‑production (shot lists, props) + light direction for models/clients (consent, comfort, modesty).
  • Compliance: follow privacy, consent and HIPAA‑adjacent best practices; protect proprietary techniques and brand standards.

Expansion‑Specific Content

  • Launch campaigns for new modalities and practices we will be offering.
  • Educational micro‑series (e.g., “What is lymphatic drainage?”)
  • Practitioner features/spotlights; class promos; ritual reels and ingredient spotlights.

Must‑Haves

  • 2+ years managing social for a beauty/wellness brand, spa, or studio (agency or in‑house).
  • Portfolio of short‑form video (IG Reels/TikTok) you planned, shot, and edited.
  • Confident with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or Final Cut; Canva or Adobe for graphics.
  • Strong aesthetic eye (lighting, composition, pacing) and excellent micro‑copy skills.
  • Comfort filming on iPhone (or similar), mic’ing, basic color and audio cleanup.
  • Available on‑site in Scottsdale 2–3 times/week for content capture; occasional evenings/weekends for launches.

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience with Meta Ads (boosting, basic audiences) and UTM tracking.
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile posting and local SEO basics.
  • Familiarity with spa scheduling platforms (e.g., Boulevard) and intake workflows.
  • Basic photo retouching; understanding of consent forms/model releases.

Job Type: Part-time
