Social Media & Ads Manager (Multi-Business Portfolio)

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow 2–3 businesses across multiple platforms.

This role combines:

• Content creation

• Organic growth

• Paid advertising (Facebook + Google)

• Lead generation

This is a part-time role with performance-based upside.

Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Post 1–2 pieces of content daily per business

• Create:

• Reels / short-form videos

• Static posts

• Promotional content

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut

• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Content Planning

• Build a monthly content calendar

• Batch and schedule content weekly

• Align posts with promotions, services, and campaigns

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

• Manage campaigns in:

• Facebook Ads Manager

• Google Ads

• Launch and optimize:

• Lead generation campaigns

• Conversion campaigns

• Retargeting campaigns

Tracking & Retargeting

• Set up and manage:

• Meta Pixel

• Google Tag / conversion tracking

• Build retargeting audiences

• Improve conversion rates through funnel optimization

Growth & Optimization

• Increase:

• Organic traffic

• Engagement

• Leads

• Optimize for:

• Cost per lead (CPL)

• Cost per click (CPC)

• Return on ad spend (ROAS)

SEO & Digital Presence

• Basic SEO (keywords, captions, hashtags)

• Assist with backlinks and visibility improvements

Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing multiple brands

• Strong in short-form video content

• Proven experience with Facebook + Google Ads

• Understands retargeting + funnels

• Familiar with AI tools and automation

• Data-driven and performance-focused

Jobs timings: ( 5 hours part time)

7pm to 12am , 10pm to 3am, or 12am to 5am

Any 5 hours during US based business hours,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
