About Us: CMA's Williamsburg Ford is seeking a Social Media Specialist/Used Car Photographer responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of used vehicles and creating engaging social media content to promote inventory, boost online visibility, and attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Content Creation & Posting
• Photograph 5–8 used cars daily, ensuring vehicles are clean, well-staged, and professionally presented.
• Edit, organize, and upload photos for use across dealership platforms.
• Share engaging daily posts, including dealership updates, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Capture real-time stories/videos from the sales floor, service department, or customer interactions.
• Weekly Social Media Campaigns
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar (posts, stories, and promotions).
• Feature high-interest inventory (“Car of the Day”) and employee spotlights.
• Develop posts that highlight service tips, customer testimonials, and dealership culture.
• Monthly Growth & Engagement
• Track and analyze social media performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Launch themed campaigns (e.g., “Truck Month” or “SUV Spotlight”).
• Coordinate contests, giveaways, and community-focused campaigns to grow following and brand presence.
• Creative Engagement
• Develop and post behind-the-scenes content, community outreach highlights, and customer stories.
• Brainstorm unique interactive campaigns (trivia, scavenger hunts, pet photo contests, etc.).
• Support dealership events with live coverage and creative promotion.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Strong photography and editing skills (experience with car photography is a plus).
• Proficient in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Creative eye for content that drives engagement and reflects brand personality.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, schedule, and execute a content calendar.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous social media, marketing, or photography experience preferred.
