Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

About Us

At The Visuals Lab, we help brands & creators scale through powerful video storytelling. Now we’re looking for a Social Media Manager + Content Creator to build our agency’s social presence and grow our personal brand to attract clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research competitors & analyze their strategies
• Build effective social media strategies
• Plan & manage content calendars
• Write engaging scripts & captions
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) + skit-style videos in-office
• Post & schedule content across platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth tactics.
• Know how to write scripts, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of content planning tools (Trello, Asana, Notion) and analytics tools.
• Ability to create content strategies that drive leads and conversions, not just engagement.
