We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Team Lead to manage and grow our online presence across all relevant platforms. In this role, you will oversee the social media team, develop and execute content strategies, analyze performance metrics, and drive engagement that aligns with our brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, and community managers.
- Oversee daily content planning, publishing, and scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Monitor social trends, audience preferences, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, growth, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
- Optimize content and posting schedules based on performance data.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and paid promotions.
- Handle community management — responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in social media.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5–7+ years) in social media management, including team leadership.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific strategies, audience behavior, and content formats.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
- Background in graphic design, video editing, or content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
