Social Video Producer

About the Role:

We are looking for a video-first content creator who can produce engaging short-form video and motion-driven ads for social media.

This role is responsible for creating content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads for our brands: UltraBreaks, Bullion Baddies, and CoinsTV.

You will concept, shoot, edit, and package content designed to capture attention, tell stories, and drive engagement or sales.

This is not a traditional design role. We are looking for someone who thinks in hooks, pacing, motion, and social storytelling.

What You'll Do

Social Video Creation

Produce short-form video content for:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram Reels
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Meta video ads

This includes:

  • Walk-and-talk content
  • Product features
  • Hook-driven ad creatives
  • Behind-the-scenes footage
  • Product reveals and chase moments
  • Reaction-style content
  • Trend-based social content

You will be responsible for:

  • Filming content when needed
  • Editing video with strong pacing and hooks
  • Adding captions, motion elements, and overlays
  • Creating platform-optimized edits

Motion Graphics & Ad Creative

Create motion-driven ads and visual storytelling using:

  • Motion graphics
  • Animated text
  • Product highlights
  • Visual hooks designed for paid social ads

You will help develop:

  • Scroll-stopping video ads
  • Product launch videos
  • Social ad creative variations
  • Thumbnail and hook testing

Creative Content Development

Work with the marketing team to develop:

  • Content ideas for product launches
  • Creative directions for social campaigns
  • Visual storytelling around chase items and collectibles
  • Engaging ways to showcase products

This role will contribute directly to content planning and creative strategy.

Platform Awareness

Stay up to date with trends on:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Meta

You should understand:

  • What makes people stop scrolling
  • What styles of content perform well
  • How pacing and hooks affect engagement

Influencer & Creator Collaboration

Assist with:

  • Coordinating with creators or influencers
  • Providing creative direction for content
  • Helping develop collaborative video ideas
  • Repurposing influencer content into ads

What You Bring

  • Strong video editing ability (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Experience creating short-form social content
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects preferred)
  • Understanding of TikTok / Reels style storytelling
  • Ability to identify strong hooks and visual pacing
  • Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience creating paid social ad creatives
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Experience in eCommerce or product marketing

This role reports to the Marketing Communications Manager, who oversees campaign messaging, product launches, and brand storytelling across our marketing channels.

Working together, you will turn campaign ideas into compelling social video content, ads, and creative assets that bring our brands to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media platforms.

You will also collaborate with other members of the marketing and production teams to capture footage, develop content ideas, and support upcoming releases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,961.00 - $68,963.78 per year
