Egypt Education Platform is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Prime National Schools - Scholar's International Language School. The Social Worker will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students, working closely with families, teachers, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Assess students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans to support their well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and supportive school environment.
- Engage with parents and families to enhance support structures for students.
- Coordinate with external agencies and professionals to advocate for student needs and resources.
- Facilitate training workshops for staff on social-emotional learning and support strategies.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of services provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of policies and practices that promote student welfare.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families in a school or community setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, mental health issues, and social services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and implement culturally responsive practices.
- Relevant certification or licensure in social work is an advantage.
