Soft Skill Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, interpersonal, and professional skills of our employees in the BPO sector. The trainer will design and deliver effective training sessions to improve customer interactions, teamwork, adaptability, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on communication skills, customer handling, teamwork, conflict resolution, and professional etiquette.
  • Develop customized training modules and materials tailored to BPO processes and client expectations.
  • Assess trainees’ performance through role-plays, assessments, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor progress and provide continuous coaching to employees for skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in training and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in the BPO/ITES sector.
  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage participants through interactive and practical training methods.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and BPO operations is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TOT, NLP, L&D programs) is desirable.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
