Graphic Designer – Health & Social Care

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult education. This role involves creating engaging and effective learning experiences that leverage various learning technologies and methodologies. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Duties

• Design and develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model and other instructional design frameworks.
• Create engaging content for various delivery methods, including online courses, classroom training, and blended learning environments.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy and manage course content.
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learner outcomes.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate).
• Edit video content for training purposes, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Provide training and support for instructors on the use of learning technologies and course materials.
• Proofread and review instructional content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in adult education.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with educational goals.

Experience Required:

· Proficiency in authoring tools

. Ability to integrate multimedia, video, case studies, and simulations relevant to health and social care scenarios.

· Skilled in applying ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or other instructional design models.

· Understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding principles, dignity, equality, and inclusion.

· Ability to simplify complex clinical/policy content into clear, engaging learning.

· Ability to manage multiple learning projects, meet deadlines, and align with organizational compliance needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
