The Hunar Foundation (THF) invites applications for the position of Soft Skills Intructor at its Nokkundi (RDMC) Campus. The incumbent will be responsible for:

· Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on communication skills, teamwork, time management, workplace ethics, grooming, and customer service.

· Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and activities aligned with THF’s curriculum and industry needs.

· Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to evaluate student progress.

· Integrate life skills, career readiness, and personal development modules into training sessions.

· Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

· Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, discipline, and professionalism.

· Identify students needing additional support and provide individual guidance.

· Coordinate with the Academic and Placement teams to ensure training relevance and employability outcomes.

· Maintain attendance, performance records, and progress reports for all students.

· Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions.

· Support career counseling and mock interview sessions in coordination with placement staff.

· Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with certification or formal training in communication, instructional methodology, or professional development. A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, particularly with youth or vocational learners, is required.
