Software Development Manager / Tech Lead

We are looking for a Software Development Manager / Tech Lead who will take ownership of our software development strategy. You won’t just manage code; you will define architecture, lead a talented team of developers, and ensure that complex technical requirements translate into elegant, high-performing solutions. You will be the technical leader and advocate for best practices in a room full of developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
• Define technical architecture and coding standards.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and operations teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Present technical strategies and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills: Proven expertise in full-stack development, modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Python/Java), and cloud services.

Leadership & Mentoring: Strong experience managing developers, fostering collaboration, and elevating team performance.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You can architect solutions, troubleshoot complex systems, and balance speed with quality.

Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset: Pragmatic, results-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality software.

Pay: ﷼220,000.00 - ﷼250,000.00 per year
