Job Details

• Position: Software Engineer
• Salary Range: PKR 170,000 – 220,000
• Location: Karachi
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Function

Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade software systems and web applications by leveraging modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and integration tools. This role supports business growth through scalable development, reliable system performance, and end-to-end application lifecycle management—from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using frameworks such as Django
• Build and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure
• Support integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
• Follow SDLC best practices across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
• Implement source control and code review practices using GitHub
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and availability
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and IT teams for smooth deployments
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Django or similar web frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with Salesforce or enterprise platforms
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of application security best practices
• Background in financial services, lending, or regulated industries
