Job Summary

As a Software Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. You will coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Job Description

· Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of software development projects.

· Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

· Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

· Maintain project documentation and track project metrics.

· Facilitate communication between development teams, project managers, and stakeholders.

· Identify and address project risks and issues.

· Assist in resource allocation and manage project timelines.

· Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.

Job Specification

· Academic Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

Required Skills

Soft Skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).

· Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with software development projects.

· Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM) is a plus.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Basic understanding of programming languages and software development tools.
