Software Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Communicate project updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in software project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
